Phil Keller / Shana Drew - Who are we

Phil. has the European equivalence of a bachelor in business administration with emphasis on accounting. After moving to Ohio in 1996 he became a REALTOR with Hearth Realty in Fairborn in July of 1998. In March of 1999 he took over about 40 properties as a property manager. Shana also Phil’s step daughter, completed her education in business at the Greene Co. Career Center. She then went to work as an accounting assistant. When Coldwell bought Hearth Realty in 2002 Phil had grown his property management business to over 100 units while also taking on all the accounting aspects. Shana joined Phil at this point as his assistant and then became his partner in 2003 after getting her real estate license. Together they continued to build the business to over 350 units while continuing to do all the accounting for their as well as all other agent’s properties which totaled together about 500. Regretfully due to some sudden company initiated changes Phil and Shana found it best for them to leave Coldwell in February 2015. Though only with heavy heart because contractually all their owner’s had to stay behind and follow later if they decide to do so. No sooner though had the door shut, the door at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty opened and they were welcomed with much enthusiasm to this innovative and solid company. Many loyal property owners followed and many new ones were added so they were able to rebuild their inventory to over 150 doors. While still upholding her part in property management, Shana got her nursing degree and is now a licensed RN too. In August 2021 the decision was made to move to Home Experts Realty under whom Jared Spears, Shana’s son and Phil’s grandson had opened an office in order to make it a family affair. Berkshire kindly allowed them to move their owners with them so they are re-established and ready to take on new properties. They are ready to do: - Property Management - Find tenants for rentals - Sell homes for sellers - Find homes buyers
